This is a lovely little apartment, perfect for two. It is really well located for a number of beautiful walks that can be taken from the doorstep (the riverside walk into Langdale and the walk over the top of the hill to Loughrigg Tarn and further on to Grassmere were our favourites), very quiet and completely private as it is not overlooked by any of the other apartments in the building. The views of the pond, the wonderful old Redwood trees and the fells from both window and balcony were a daily joy.
