Welcome to the Lake House in Coniston, a charming two bedroom property on the North Eastern side of Coniston Water. Forming part of the Lane Head property, famous for its links to the "Swallows and Amazons" author Arthur Ransome, Lake House sits in a delightful garden and lovely features including a log burner stove in the living area. Plenty of walks, cycle rides and other outdoor activities can be enjoyed closeby.

Inside

The entrance of the property leads into the kitchen/ dining room which has a contemporary dining suite with six chairs and modern facilities such as an electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and microwave. A short flight of stairs leads up to the living area with access into the garden, log burner stove, comfortable sofas and TV. Beautiful lake and mountain views can also be enjoyed from this room.
