Just a short distance from the foot of the mountain, the village of Coniston has a range of shops and pubs, and is also home to a boating centre from where visitors can hire sailing boats, paddleboards, and canoes. For a more relaxing trip on the lake, the restored Victorian steamers also leave from the village pier and provide the perfect way to really take in the beautiful scenery of the lake and the surrounding landscape. Approaching this property up the tree lined private drive, guest will come to the parking area from where several steps lead down to the property s private entrance. Once inside, an internal staircase leads to the property s living space which occupies the first floor of this former coach house. Once upstairs, guests will find a stylish room with contemporary furnishings, which is flooded with light thanks to the large patio door. The dining table is situated so that guests can enjoy the spectacular views whilst they eat, whilst the separate kitchen is modestly sized yet well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, whilst the freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer are located in the separate utility room on the ground floor, which can also be used for storing bikes and leaving muddy boots. Continuing on down the hallway from the kitchen, the bedroom is a chic double room is finished in stylish muted colours and offers far reaching countryside views from the window.
