This delightful mid-terrace cottage rests in the charming Cumbrian village of Greystoke, offering four guests a lovely base for exploring the Lake District. The Crook enjoys bright and airy first-floor living areas, along with a rear garden and is just a stroll away from the amenities of the village. Upon entering the property, be welcomed into the utility room, with coat hooks and room to store shoes and boots, along with a washing machine and access to the back garden. Continue into the rest of the ground floor, home to the pretty twin bedroom and a shower room before heading upstairs to relax in the lovely living areas. Discover a homely sitting room with two sofas to spread out on and a Smart TV to provide ample entertainment while the electric stove-effect fire adds a warming ambiance. Make delicious meals in the kitchen/diner, boasting contemporary style and all the appliances you need for home-cooking including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and a handy slimline dishwasher. The second bedroom can be found on this floor too, boasting a beautiful king-size bed and enjoying a spacious en-suite bathroom, perfect for freshening up or relaxing in after a long day of walking in the Lakes.
