Very homely cottage, very well equipped we felt like we were at home. Would definitely stay again.

We had a week there with our two dogs and had a lovely, relaxing time. Overall the cottage was very clean. We had to re wash a few pieces of crockery which had been put way in the cupboard but assume this is more to do with previous guests not washing them as thoroughly as they could. The log fire is a nice addition and the owners left enough wood for a weeks use if you were only using it in the evening's. The central heating keeps the place warm if the log fire is not in use. Even though it’s an old cottage the owners have refurbished it to a high standard while still retaining its charm. There are some great local dog friendly walks on your doorstep and the local pubs and cafe are very good and dog friendly too which is nice. Excellent value and we would definitely stay again.
