Situated just off the main high street, there is a nice selection of restaurants, independent shops and coffee shops all just a short walk away. Locally, you can walk alpacas, enjoy an exhibition or film on offer at the Rheged Centre, or why not head to the Lake District and have a day out walking or take a trip on one of the Ullswater Steamers? The local area has so much on offer but if you fancy a trip over the border then head to Glasgow or Edinburgh from the local train station; you can have a fabulous day out shopping or looking around the museums and art galleries. As you enter the house into the hallway, you will find the cosy lounge with a Smart TV and comfy sofas to enjoy a takeaway and a movie after a day out. Down the hallway, you will find a bright kitchen that has a nice breakfast area. There is a electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with a shower and WC. As you head upstairs to the first floor from the kitchen, you will find two bedrooms: a double and a twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request). Outside, there is a small front garden with seating where you can sit out on a nice evening or enjoy a morning cuppa. There is off road parking to the front of the house for one car. There is additional parking to the rear of the house (charges apply).
