There was everything we needed: well-equipped kitchen joined with the living room, rooms of a good size and clean, two toilets came handy. Location is very good: up on a hill with a great view on the lake and mountains. We appreciated that we were able to adjust the temperature as we wished: it was nice to have the house warm when we came back from a walk and switch the heating off when we felt hot. There is also space to dry your clothes which is really a bonus. I would rate the cottage excellent if its location was more remote; we felt there are too many houses cramped together. In addition, it lacked some sort of personal touch like a welcome note, although it was nice to see there a Christmas tree.

Lovely location with very good views and at walking distance to a decent pub. We liked the light lounge/ kitchen area. Well equipped. Quite a few steps up and down to the bedrooms but not a problem for a holiday stay. Hot water efficient - no nonsense. I reckon a cosy spot in the winter!
