I stayed in Whitecombe Lodge at Brockwood Hall and had an amazing experience. The lodge was spotless, cosy, and beautifully set up. The hot tub was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after exploring. I loved the lounge on the first floor — the views over the Lake District were stunning. The real fire added a lovely warm, homely touch in the evenings. Overall, it was peaceful, comfortable, and a perfect place to unwind. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The lodge needs more attention to detail. The fencing round the decking is rotten in places. Inside the lodge there were pieces of the kitchen cupboards missing. Skirting boards and under the beds were dusty.
