This was a fantastic choice for a getaway. We stayed in the Duddon Lodge which I believe was a good value for money as it was modern and spacious. It’s a lovely location and there is plenty of privacy in the hot tub. It was a warm and cosy lodge with all clean facilities and I would definitely return in future. We stayed 2 nights and I would advise to keep the hot tub on during the day so it’s warm enough to use in the evening as we made the mistake turning it off and it was a bit chilly. Overall this was a lovely experience I don’t think 2 nights was enough personally! A beautiful scenic drive and a perfect place for long walks whatever the weather!
