) spacious walk in wardrobe ( a few more hangers would of been appreciated) would definitely book again , would definitely recommend. If being picky we were disappointed at not finding advised car park with free parking between 6pm- 9am, - luckily we knew where street parking 5 mins walk away was so used that. Overall enjoyed stay , oh and free standing bath deep and good size. Compliments to cleaning staff was spotless.

    Essential information.

The description on Sykes is very confusing as it directs you to the rear of the building, when in fact Apartment 3 is situated at the front. It would be useful to include a photo of the building entrance on Sykes to help renters locate it quickly. It is has all the expected facilities, all in good order. The main drawback is the lack of natural ventilation to the property. Although there are fan extractors, there are no opening windows. The small window in the bathroom is either sealed against opening or badly stuck. Not a problem in mild weather but could be uncomfortable in hotter conditions. Also most properties have instruction manuals/leaflets for operating equipment. There are none here. The electric heaters require extensive programming/set up to enable munual operation. The equipment isolating switches in the kitchen have no identifying labels. We managed to switch off the fridge in error. There is one safety hazard that needs immediate attention. This is the step down from the entrance lobby to the living area. It is all carpeted in the same grey carpet and my wife never saw the step when first entering and fell. This would be a particular problem for people with sight issues. There needs to be a marker strip on the step. We used the provided yellow dishcloth (unused) for this purpose and left it in place when we left. The property is new and these issues will need to be addressed to make it an excellent holiday let.
