Entering this traditional and welcoming holiday cottage, the utility area is a handy space for leaving coats and boots, and houses a useful washing machine. Three steps, with a banister, lead down into the kitchen/diner. The country style kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, equipped with an electric range style oven, microwave and a fridge, along with a tasteful dining area ideal for everyone to gather together. An original latch door leads into the main lounge. With plenty of seating, a warming wood burner and wooden ceiling beams, this is a lovely space to relax in at the end of a great day out. A second lounge makes a sweet snug, with its beamed ceiling, comfortable seating and additional TV. Going upstairs there are two charming double bedrooms. The first bedroom is light and airy, and features dual aspect windows and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is a mezzanine space with a gallery overlooking the kitchen. This is a characterful and quirky room with antique furniture, exposed stonework around the original window, and impressive wooden ceiling beams. There s also a spacious family bathroom on the first floor, with an electric shower over the bath and a WC. Outside, the delightful garden has outdoor furniture, a lawn and some pretty flowers. A beck passes by behind the garden, making this a lovely spot to sit back and relax with a refreshing drink. Parking is available for one car.
