This quaint little cottage is situated between Hereford and Hay on Wye, in a peaceful area of Peterchurch in Herefordshire. Families can enjoy a heart warming stay all year round and there is plenty of space for everyone to socialise and feel right at home. Upon entering you will be welcomed by a well-equipped kitchen, cosy and inviting, where you can prepare those home-cooked meals amongst the stone features. Head into the dining room where you can gather with your loved ones and discuss your weekly adventures over dinner. Afterwards, you can relax in the charming sitting room in front of the woodburner and watch TV on the leather sofa. The characterful fireplace brings warmth to the room and exposed beams oversee the formation. A shower room continues the essence of charm and a utility room holds those extras you may need. On the next floor, the landing area boasts low ceilings and sweeps over to two double bedrooms, laced with patterned accessories, feature walls and a large wardrobe. A single bedroom is just as impressive, home to enchanting décor so you can sleep easy and wake up to the cosy ambience. The family bathroom is perfect for getting ready ahead of your day, or relaxing in the freestanding bath after a fun filled evening. Outside, an enclosed garden boasts a summer house and a barbecue for you to use at your own leisure. Poston Mill Holiday Home and Touring park can be accessed from your garden and a ten minute walk across the park's paths will bring you to the children’s play area. Pitch & Putt clubs, badminton/tennis racquets etc. can be borrowed from Poston Mill Park reception. The village of Peterchurch has a handful of pubs and restaurants certainly worth a visit, and just ten miles away is the wonderful market town of Hay-on-Wye. You will be spoilt for choice in this pleasant location.

This village is also close to the Offa's Dyke and Wye Valley walks, whilst the ancient city of Hereford lies 12 miles away.
