When you come out of the caravan, if you walk to the right the beach is only 5 minutes away.

Just before you get to the beach on the right is Jaywick Martello Tower, which you can go into and explore. Children are free. In the tower there are regular arts and heritage exhibitions, pictures of the past history of Jaywick. You can go to the top of the tower and look across the sea, as well as looking at the cannons. If this is something your interested in seeing the opening times are:

April 2022 - September 2022: Thursday to Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm

October 2022 - March 2023: Weekends only 10:00am-4:00pm

When you come out of the caravan and turn left and just keep walking the brand new Martello complex is only 5 minutes walk away. includes a new reception area, arcade, bar, restaurant and entertainment

There are games in the cupboard below the TV, including buckets and spades, please feel free to use them.

There is also a TV/DVD player in the main bedroom.

There are plenty of parking bays right near our caravan. We are only the 3rd caravan in.

Clacton Pier is only 1 and a half miles away. roughly 10 minutes by car.

If you have children visiting the upside down house that I along the sea font is a great idea.

Garden of remembrance, the gardens are to the south of the pier and are split into various themes such as a rose garden and a Mediterranean garden.

5 minutes away from Clacton pier is Holland on Sea, also with great beaches and a café on the sea front.
