The location provides complete privacy without isolating you. there are endless walks and cycle options from the doorstep, including along the pretty river and a nice pub walk into nearby Stratford St Mary along the whe river Stour. Set on a working arable farm, there may be some bustle from things like horses, tractors and sonic scarecrows, which is all part of country life!
