Be welcomed into a spacious open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, where you can look forward to treating your guests to your culinary creations in the contemporary and well-equipped kitchen, with handy dishwasher ensuring cleaning up is a breeze! Gather around the dining table to tuck-in to a delicious meal and toast to the wonderful adventures to come. After your meal, retire to the plush leather sofas in the sitting room, where you can enjoy your favourite evening tipple whilst watching your favourite film on the TV with DVD player. As the evening draws to a close, retreat to one of two tastefully decorated bedrooms to catch your rest, a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room and a twin, both perfect for catching you rest. Resting near to Rutland Water and the charming historical town of Oakham, is the quaint village of Greetham, which has everything one could need during their stay including, two delightful pubs, a community centre, a village shop and the excellent Greetham Valley Golf Club which has two superb championship standard 18-hole courses. Be sure to visit nearby Oakham which boasts an impressive 12th century castle and a magnificent 14th-century church, as well as a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops and a museum where you can learn more about the town.
