Sutton-on-Trent is an attractive, sizable village in Nottinghamshire, between the cities of Sheffield and Lincoln. The village has over 2000 acres of land and is located on the River Trent. If you're looking for somewhere to go on a night when you don't feel like cooking, the Lord Nelson, a locally owned and operated establishment, is your best bet. Classic cars, morris dancing, and performances by local bands and artists are just some of the highlights of the annual festival that takes place in the village every September.
