The lodge is well-equipped for self-catering stays, and guests appreciate the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views. While some mention minor issues with furniture comfort and kitchen utensils, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests returning for repeat visits.

The lodge's lakeside position is frequently praised, offering beautiful views and direct access to fishing. Guests appreciate the peaceful, relaxing setting, though it is noted that shops are a short drive away.

Guests generally find the lodge spacious and comfortable, but there are several comments about uncomfortable furniture, hard mattresses, and the need for bedding replacement. Most still enjoyed a relaxing stay.

The lodge is described as well-equipped, with amenities such as a dishwasher, washer dryer, and everything needed for self-catering. Some guests suggest improvements to kitchen utensils and mention the lack of Wi-Fi.

Guests appreciated thoughtful touches like a selection of coffee, tea, and milk to start their stay. Please note that such welcome gifts are not guaranteed for every visit.
