Head into the living/dining room, where the dining table provides the ideal place to enjoy a home-cooked meal together, before relaxing on the sofa and enjoying the TV as the electric fire warms the room and adds to the homely feel. Belvoir Castle is 9 miles away and the university city of Nottingham is less than 10 miles away, with excellent shopping, dining out and nightlife opportunities, as well as an array of attractions to visit, including its castle with a museum & art gallery, National Justice Museum, Wollaton Hall, an Elizabethan country house within picturesque gardens and home to a deer park, Arboretum Victorian park, Nottingham Racecourse, which is close to the banks of the River Trent, Holme Pierrepont Country Park, an adrenaline-filled watersports centre, and Colwick Country Park, with two lakes, ideal for picnics, exploring by boat and fishing.
