Enjoying a peaceful rural location in the Lincolnshire countryside, this lovely spacious semi-detached annex is privately set to the side of the owner’s home. Benefitting from open views across the fields and large decked seating area it is ideal for a peaceful break away from it all. Within 30 minutes is the east coast with its sandy beaches and traditional seaside resort of Skegness including Gibraltar Point nature reserve ideal for bird watching. Visit the Boston Stump or travel to Horncastle for its numerous antique and collectibles shops to browse. WWII enthusiasts can visit the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby and enjoy watching the Lancaster Bomber ’Just Jane’ doing taxi runs at Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby about 15 minutes’ drive away. A day exploring the local countryside including the nearby Lincolnshire Wolds can be easily broken up with many good pubs and cafés offering refreshment on your travels. Beach 21 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
