Security Deposit

For all bookings a £150 security deposit upon arrival is required, any all-female or male bookings under 25 and 1 night stays there is a £300 deposit on arrival.

Facilities

The hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on the first evening of your holiday due to cleaning and water change. Please be aware on your departure day the hot tub will be emptied from 8am.

Due to the location of Ashby Woulds the Wi-Fi can be intermittent and cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Small dog/s only allowed.

In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.

The Spa Is now open, to avoid disappointment please call 07869 285 543 to book in with the Spa therapist. Bookings must be made in advance.
