4 Bedrooms- This detached house, situated in its own grounds about one mile from the centre of Chesterfield, with easy access to a wide range of shops and eating places, a short drive will take you into the Peak District National Park, with its many attractions as well as being close to the main rail link with London, should you decide to leave your car at home.

A short driveway takes you to the property with plenty of parking to the front, gardens to one side which then border onto some nearby stables.

You enter through a small porch, useful for storing coats and boots after a good walk, into the good sized entrance hall, with arched opening down a single step into the comfortable lounge sitting room with its welcoming log burning stove – wooden floors, occasional rugs and leather settees adding to its character

A door to the rear of the lounge goes through to the separate dining room area, with further log burning stove inset in a stone built fireplace, ideal for those special occasions.

Off the entrance hall and to your right is the fully equipped kitchen.

Double glass doors from the dining room go through to the indoor heated swimming pool (Length 10 metres Width 5 metres depth from 2’ 6”to 6’6” please note food and drink is not allowed in this area and young children should be supervised at all times).

The stairs from the hall lead to the first floor and off the long landing are the four bedrooms, to your left and at the end is master bedroom, with king size double bed and its own en suite bathroom, with double ended bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin).

There are two further bedrooms each with double beds and at the opposite end of the landing a bedroom with four single beds. The general bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. The main gardens are at the gable end to the house with various sitting areas also featuring an outside WC building for us with the BBQ area.
