2 Bedrooms - This charming cottage nestles down a small country lane with very few neighboring properties, being located on the eastern edge of the National Park and just to north of Matlock.

This rural location enjoys some splendid views across the surrounding valley, at the same time you can visit the nearby Ogston Reservoir where sailing takes place and fishing is available. The cottage has been turned upside down, which you enter from the front into the well equipped kitchen dining area with all the essentials you will require for your stay. Also on the ground floor is the general bathroom, with bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin.

The spiral staircase leads to the first floor, into the central but vaulted beamed ceiling living room area with views across the gardens and beyond. Off this area and to one end a bedroom with two single beds, along with beams and sloping ceiling adding to its charm.

The second bedroom towards the gable has a double bed and similar character, but with external door access to the side lawned garden and parking area (easier for bringing in your luggage on arrival). There is a sheltered patio area to the front which enjoys the sun from mid afternoon onwards and good sized lawned gardens to the side and rear.
