Rosemary is an ever so charming little terraced cottage sitting on a quiet little lane in the historic town of Wirksworth. Perfectly decorated inside and out, with comfortable furnishings and a snug traditional fireplace you’ll feel right at home. An appealing kitchen and splendid bathroom complete with a Victorian-style bathtub will bring a smile to your face.
Rosemary is just a short walk from Wirksworth centre where you’ll find curious alleyways weaving between houses and shops. Have a mooch about the town and discover the established shops, award winning heritage centre or have a quick drink in one of the friendly pubs. You won’t be short for days out; the National Tramway Museum, Bakewell famous for its Pudding, Matlock Bath’s cable cars, Carsington Water or even the grand Chatsworth House are all nearby.

This is our third time of staying at Rosemary cottage - didn't disappoint. Sad that the property has now been sold. Had a lovely chat with Josie the owner on leaving.

Second time at this property, 2 loo's very handy all good inside house bed comfy' bathroom big and good, nice bath Downside, lost the water in the shower once and settee not the most comfortable,also less room to park this time , but managed ok

Rosemary cottage is a lovely well laid out cottage to have as a home from home. Cycle tracks are not far away if you like cycling or just walking, Cromford mill / canal are just down the road and Matlock is not far away. There is so much to do and see 1 visit is not enough..
