The owners gave a friendly welcome and a generous hamper. The property was very well equipped. Lots of great walks, of course, including the Lumsdale Valley and waterfall straight from the Oak Apartment.

It is really well equipped and laid out and we cooked in the kitchen happily. It's exactly as it is in the photographs. There was a generous welcome pack waiting for us and we felt very welcome. Easy to park and well located for visiting Matlock, Crich tramway museum, Bakewell and many other local attractions. You can hear the road but it didn't disturb our children in the twin room facing the road or us at the back of the apartment - I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't an issue for us.

Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great weekend.
