Just returned from a 5 day stay . 5 days of the hottest temperatures for years. We have enjoyed our stay and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated, thank you Geoff. The marina is nice and the use of bikes etc very good. I would say that some updating is needed. 5 adults staying and only 4 outdoor chairs. Some old garden chairs were on the decking but all broken. We really needed a parasol, again all the spokes broken. A couple of fans would have been welcome as it was absolutely boiling in the lodge. I had requested use of a wheelchair, again this had a broken front wheel, we tried it once and it took 2 of us to push it 😩😩.Despite these small matters we had a great stay and I would return in the future.

I have been staying at Acacia lodge for many years now, there is a different sofa from when I stayed at Christmas and 2 single chairs instead of another sofa that was there before the chairs aren't comfortable for sitting on for a long time, this is the only downfall I have.
