Please note: the terraced garden is steep and the property is accessed by 14 steep steps.

Ideally located close to Portland Bill and the Portland Sailing Academy. On-street parking available 200 yards away down a hill.

There is a good selection of pubs, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. The property is ideally located within walking distance to Chesil Beach, close to Portland Bill and the National Sailing Academy which was home to the 2012 Olympic sailing events.The traditional seaside town of Weymouth can be reached within a 15 minute drive. Here you will also find an abundance of shops, restaurants and cafes to enjoy as well as numerous attractions such as The Sea Life Park and Marine Sanctuary.
