Location

Situated in a quiet residential area about six minutes walk from Lyme Regis town centre and seafront. As well as a family-friendly sandy beach and seafront promenade, the town includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for those looking for a traditional seaside holiday. There are a wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, a small theatre and a cinema. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap.

Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over and w.c. First floor: Lounge with TV/DVD and coastal views across the town. Outside: South-facing deck with furniture, terraced garden, patio and barbeque.

Off-road parking for two cars. Six minutes walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and sandy beach. Space for one additional infant - please bring your own travel cot. Two well behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Arrival 3.00pm - departure 10.00am. Arrival day for weekly bookings Saturday.  Sorry short breaks are not available for this property.
