At the front, an enclosed, level, brick-paved drive (owners occasionally use part for access to their cottage next door) leads to small lawn, sunny bench and own seating area (table/chairs) behind the cottage, private and part-shaded by a beautiful big oak tree.
Inside, immaculately kept, cosy and comfortable with beamed ceilings. L-shaped living/dining room with leafy outlook to a neighbouring orchard, comfy sofa (converts to double bed for alternative sleeping), TV/DVD. Kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Smallish double bedroom (wardrobe in living area) and shower-room (suite). No children. A peaceful village location: something for everyone, with stunning coastline/beaches, wildlife and good golf nearby.

""very well presented modern and fully equiped annexe. situation in centre of pretty village, near to good walking and pub nearby serving serving good food, is excellent. our stay was blessed by fine sunny weather but there is limited view/aspect from the downstairs only windows so spending extended time indoors might not be an attractive feature. overall we enjoyed our stay very much.""
