It is spacious but the soft furnishings were tired and uncomfortable as were some of the beds. Overall it was shabby and not very clean ,especially the kitchen Instructions regarding recycling and rubbish collections were not clear. The garden was unusable due to being overgrown. Front and back door locks would benefit from some attention.

One of the sofas in the living room smelt of vomit so bad it couldn't be sat on. The information on the recycling was good however when we got there the bins were full and 1 of the days was bin day. If the information about putting out of the bins was provided the overflow of bins could have been avoided. However overall the place had a nice homely feel to it and I wouldn't mind revisiting.

Bins were overflowing on arrival. Very dated, facilities needed some repair. No locks on any of the toilets. Handles falling off cupboards and dishwasher. Garden over grown and not usable. Complained and raised issues but have not had a reply.
