Snaptrip says

Milton Manor is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its ample space, well-equipped kitchens, and beautiful grounds. It is ideal for large gatherings, offering various activities and facilities such as a hot tub, games room, and lovely gardens. The property's charm and the owner's helpfulness contribute to its appeal, despite some feedback on the need for maintenance in certain areas.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with guests appreciating the clean house, comfy beds, and fluffy towels. However, there are isolated comments about the need for better cleaning in some areas, such as the banquet room floor and some kitchen utensils.

The location is well-regarded, with guests enjoying the proximity to local attractions and the convenience of nearby shops. The property's setting allows for beautiful walks and is within driving distance to the coast, adding to its appeal.

Comfort is highlighted with large beds and various spaces for relaxation. Some guests mention issues with showers and the need for TLC in bathrooms, which slightly detracts from the overall comfort experience.

Facilities are a strong point, with a hot tub, pool table, and well-equipped kitchens. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as showers not working properly, the need for better instructions, and games room equipment needing attention.

While the reviews reflect a thoughtful layout and amenities suitable for large groups, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under the category of thoughtfulness. Therefore, this score is set to null.

Downstairs, the kitchen and dining worked really well. However, my feedback is, your bathrooms, gosh they really need work on the 1st floor and especially in the attic suites... Also, the bedroom where you just have a curtain between the bath and the bedroom (I appreciate it's small) was very disappointing to put a couple in - no dressing mirror (tiny one by sink not adequate), no where to hang clothes. But essentially your bathrooms let you down - they need redecoration. A big point for me as I had musicians playing is thathe piano is not 'good' it really wasn't up for using and I mention this as it was a specific reason for booking (I'm afraid it's on it's way to piano heaven in terms of key action, keyboard itself, the ricketiness of it and would require some degree of work). Also the music room is tiny and the piano faces the wall. This doesn't live up to the marketing for it - so I'd suggest you think about that part. Light bulbs in lamps were missing downstairs - just worth checking. These are the reasons it scored 4. We've hired house before and realise of course they aren't hotels... We're not silly or arrogant.. It's just feedback for you to think about. Overall it is a really well located, well thought out venue. So, thank you.

The games room needs some attention. The pool table has seen better days and a light over the dart board would be helpful. The kitchen equipment is lacking in some areas, only 2 wooden spoons, one small saucepan and no oven gloves. Trivial things but easily sorted. Basically, loved the place and would recommend.
