Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and broadband included. 2 cots, highchair and stairgate available on request. Balcony. Garden (shared with other properties on-site). Private car park for 2 cars (not allocated). No smoking. Please note: There is direct access to the beach.. At Lighthouse View you’ll be welcomed into a light filled entrance lobby, leading you on to two spacious bedrooms and a generous family bathroom on the ground floor. To the rear is a practical utility room with washer/dryer and a glass fronted door leading to the private patio, with an outside tap, an ideal space for washing off the wetsuits and storing the surf boards.
Moving upstairs where skylights flood the space with natural light, you’ll find a designer open plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors leading out onto a private balcony with far reaching sea views. Straight across from the top of the stairs is the stylish master bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
Golden Bay Holiday Village was built on the grounds of the prestigious Royal Hotel fifty years ago and has direct access to the Westward Ho! beach via a purpose-built wheel chair friendly ramp through a row of traditional multi-coloured beach huts.
Set beside two miles of sandy beach at Westward Ho! on the North Devon coastline and surrounded by the fantastic cliff walks on the South West Coast Path. Golden Bay is situated just a short stroll from the village shops and eateries of Westward Ho!

Lighthouse View was very clean, the whole site was very well kept. Short stroll takes you to shops, restaurants and beach.

Great house in a good location. Quiet with good parking.Overall this is a good quality self-catering rental.Only 2 beds were made up for 3 peopleThe 9am checkout time is too early. When coupled with a 4pm check-in time, it reduces the overall time of the stay and causes unnecessary stress.

Spent a fantastic 2 weeks here. The property is immaculate and has everything you could need. The location is excellent - away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to walk along the sea front to. The coastal path is within easy reach for walks and for beach days the miles and miles of sandy beach is a short walk away or you can explore the rock pools just outside the holiday village.Would definitely stay here again - the family who visited us said it was the best holiday home I've booked...!
