With low hanging beams, original steep curving staircase and thesholds that all but a few will need to duck for, this is a really characterful cottage yet with all the modern conveniences needed for a family holiday. The front door opens directly into a spacious beamed living room(6ft height - mind your head!) with woodburner. At the rear a spacious open plan kitchen/diner leads into a conservatory and onto a terraced patio garden. Two delightful bedrooms and a ground floor bathroom completes the accommodation.

We have stayed in a lit of cottages and this rates right up there. The location was fantastic and the added bonus of an allocated parking space was really convenient. It had the best of both worlds with a lovely cottage feel in the living room and bedrooms but with a modern kitchen, dining room and conservatory. The cottage is one of the best equipped one that we have ever stayed in. We will almost certainly be returning as we had such a great week, even storm Ciaran couldn't spoil it.
