Hilbre is set in an elevated position on a private road just a short drive from the town centre and beachfront. All accommodation is on the Ground Floor. Hilbre is an annexe to the owners detached bungalow and is set in an elevated position on a private road.
Living area
A lovely living/dining area with extensive views to the Ness, sea and estuary. There is comfortable sofa and an armchair, perfect for relaxing and reading in. There is also a flat screen TV with a wide range of DVDs available to choose from. Free wifi is also available to guests. The dining table is situated in a bay window and has views across the terrace. French windows open up onto a private terrace affording beautiful sea and estuary views.
Kitchen
The kitchen area contains everything you would need for a comfortable stay in South Devon. There is plenty of cupboard space, a freestanding electric oven, hob and grill and fridge. A freezer, washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility shed.
Sleeping
French doors lead from the living area to the bedroom. The comfortable king-size bed bed has two bedside tables and lamps.
Bathroom
The shower room is tastefully decorated and benefits from an enclosed electric shower, WC and basin.
Parking: There is private, off-road parking space outside the property.
