This modern and spacious two bedroom apartment has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space with an enclosed balcony, perfect for ending the day with a glass or 2 of wine. With 500 acres of Nature Reserve, Paignton, Torquay on your doorstep as well as the award winning blue flag beach you are sure to have a fantastic time with all of the family.

Rooms: Open Plan Kitchen/Living/Dining, Family Bathroom with bath and separate thermostatic shower and two bedrooms, one with en suite.

Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven, Electric hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer. 

Entertainment: TV (39") with Freeview. Wifi is provided

Outside: Balcony with patio table and chairs

Parking: 1 Car Park Space Available with the Apartment, please be aware this is on a first come first serve basis. 

Child and Baby Friendly: Please bring your own equipment. A high chair is available on request.

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity is included in the rental price. No Smoking. Bed linen and towels provided. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes:  No Smoking. No Pets. Mobile Phone Signal is Patchy. This property is child friendly however, please bring your own equipment or request a high chair if available. 1 car park space is allocated, please be aware the parking is on a first come first serve basis.
