Only one and a half miles from Dawlish Warren is the charming coastal town of Dawlish. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods,the pretty park that runs through its centre is home to rare black swans and a bubbling brook.
The town’s railway station is nearby, with good public transport links. The historic Riviera Line runs along the seafront and next to the sandy beach. Dawlish is a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route.

...lived the space in the rooms to play. The apartment was warm and cosy with everything a very short walk away. There are new facilities in the beach area though they may not open next Feb half term. This is a great place for young families and even older ones too. Submitted by Gregory on 21/02/2016
