14 Red Rock is a modern two bedroom apartment situated on the first floor. Located in Dawlish Warren the property offers a Blue Flag beach within walking distance and the perfect base to enjoy exploring the rest of Devon.

Internally, the apartment is modern with an open plan living kitchen and dining area. The large French doors provide plentiful natural light and access to the furnished balcony. Externally, the furnished balcony area is ideal for al fresco dining.

The seaside resort of Dawlish Warren offers a Blue Flag Beach as well as the renowned sand spit which is home to Dawlish Warren Golf Course and National Nature Reserve.

Only one and a half miles from Dawlish Warren is the charming coastal town of Dawlish. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.

The town’s railway station is nearby, offering good public transport links.The railway lines presence along the seafront makes Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway.

    We recently stayed for 1 week at Red Rock apartments. Apartments are new, modern, spotlessly clean and ideally positioned for beach and local attractions. We travelled with 2 small children, 5 and 2 and would say the apartments are not equipped for small children, there is no non-slip bath mat, no cot/bed guard available (we had to purchase one just for this trip) and no plastic beakers etc. available in kitchen. As long as you are prepared for this and pack accordingly the children loved it.

    I initially stumbled upon Blue Chip while scouring the internet for a holiday. After reading feedback about them I decided to contact Blue Chip to gain further information regarding an apartment I liked. The service team were very helpful and friendly and they made the overall booking experience very easy. They even asked the Manager of the apartments if I could book the apartment and pay the deposit two weeks later. The manager was happy to do this for me and the apartment was reserved. Blue Chip kept me informed about all aspects of the holiday. I would definitely recommend Blue Chip to anyone and everyone. Thank you Blue Chip

    We were very well received. When it was seen that I was disabled we were given an apartment on the ground floor. The situation was convenient and quiet, the rooms large, the heating and hot water excellent. The apartment was very clean. However, 1. The apartment was convenient both in location and easy to run. It was well heated and the staff were very pleasant. However, 2. There were no instructions for the washing machine which was an unusual make. (We did get a demonstration and I wrote out instructions for the next tenant). 3.There was no dryer. The freezer had not been defrosted for some time. 4. The cutlery looked as though it had been picked up in a jumble sale. The water glasses were advertisements for pepsi cola. There were no bowls, for instance, if one wanted to make an omelet. 5. There were no chairs in the bedrooms so we made do with the garden ones provided for the terrace. There was no armchair in the living-dining room. Again we used a chair from the terrace. The sofas were not comfortable for a tall person as one's head hung over the top when sitting back. 6. The bathroom was well equipped except a mat to stop one slipping in the shower would have been appreciated.
