10 Red Rock is a modern one bedroom apartment situated on the first floor. You’ll find a Blue Flag beach a short walk away and the charming coastal town of Dawlish can be reached by a scenic coastal walk.
Internally, the apartment is modern with an open plan living kitchen and dining area. Large French doors provide generous natural light and access to the balcony where you can relax after a busy day.
Dawlish Warren Golf Club is located on the sand spit at the mouth of the Exe estuary and has fantastic views making it the perfect location for a game or two
You can take a leisurely stroll along the coastal path to Dawlish, a charming town situated on the south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Don’t forget your camera as you’ll find rare black swans and other wildlife to photograph.
The town’s railway station is nearby, with good public transport links. The historic line runs along the seafront and next to the sandy beach. Dawlish is a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route.

I found 10 Red Rock Apartments to be a very practical and convenient holiday choice. The apartment was really well presented and had absolutely everything I needed - right down to a washing machine and clothes horse. I loved the balcony with views over to the sea. I didn't mind the noise of the railway - and by closing the internal doors I couldn't hear it in the bedroom anyway. Fantastic kitchen and bathroom, great parking and really convenient for the beach and for coastal path walks!

We have just returned from a week at Red Rock Apartments which are very good, they are ideally situated for buses, trains, local shops and the beach. Spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished in a lovely quiet area perfect for a relaxing holiday The only complaint we have is that the bed was quite uncomfortable and not even a normal double bed width even though the room would have easily taken a king size bed.
