The apartments are situated at the end of a 3 mile shingle beach where you will also find a cosy pub and cafes. The freshwater Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve is also close by and is perfect for spotting wildlife and birdwatching.
Number 5 is a spacious and stylish ground floor apartment with views of the beach and Slapton Ley nature reserve from the living room bay window. Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request.

Torcross was made famous as the training ground for US Army forces preparing for the D-Day invasion in World War II. An American Sherman tank which was lost at sea in 1944 and recovered in 1984, and memorials, stand beside the visitor parking lot as a reminder of the lives that were lost.
Dartmouth is a short drive away, as is Salcombe, and both offer a choice of fine restaurants, cafes, bars, unique shops and attractions.

...and 2 dogs, we have been to Torcross over 100 times and have stayed at the beach on many occasions. The weather was ok, the accommodation was very good. The area is out of this world, and we are already planning our next trip to Torcross Submitted by Mark on 24/02/2016

...views out on to the sea and the nature reserve. It was very well equipped (though the kettle and a tap were leaking which needs lookin at) with everything' you could possibly need. The bed was also very comfortable and presented in a nice way. I would highly recommend visiting again. Torcross is an amazing place and the local pub is excellent.
