Parking: Two single garages are available 2.4 x 2.1 x 4.75 m and parking free parking directly outside them

General: Please bring your own beach towels. No Smoking. Linen and towels provided. 

Pets: No pets allowed

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes: Please be aware this property is on multi levels and has 46 steps from the garages to the upper terraced area so may not may suitable for those with limited mobility. Please also ensure that children are supervised at all times especially around the balcony and terrace areas. Harbour Lights-Dartmouth is accessed via an unlevel track and narrow road so do drive carefully. The two single garages (dimensions shown above) are suitable for small to medium sized cars, larger vehicles can be parked parallel in front of them. Wifi available at the property
