A delightful rural retreat and your ultimate escape to the country on a 300 acre sheep farm amid the beautiful countryside on the edge of the Exmoor National Park.  This spacious barn conversion has been newly converted for the 2019 season to high specifications whilst keeping much of the original character including high ceilings and cross beams.  Equipped to high standards throughout with all main rooms designed to offer lovely rural views.  The property offers two bedrooms and two bathroom making it ideal for a family holiday or a memorable break with friends.

Visitors are welcome to roam the 300 acre sheep farm and there is a large enclosed terrace ideal for relaxation or alfresco dining. This peaceful location is only 3 miles from the facilities of the historic market town of South Molton. There are great activities to be enjoyed in the surround countryside including riding, walking and fishing whilst the stunning rugged coastal scenery of Exmoor and the large sandy beaches of the Golden Coast around Woolacombe and Croyde are just a 40 minute scenic drive.
