Double doors fill the room with sunlight and lead out onto the deck outside. There is comfy seating for 4 people as well as a dining table seating 4. There is a flatscreen TV and a DVD/CD player.

A newly fitted top quality kitchen with large island unit. Appliances include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, double oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, cafetiere and kettle. There is also a good selection of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery as well as all the essential kitchen utensils.

Both bedrooms are located downstairs.
