Lynmouth is set directly on the coast at the foot of the Exmoor hills offering a unique water-powered cliff railway which links the village with neighbouring Lynton. Lynmouth also has shops, inns, tea rooms and restaurants.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x family room with 3 single beds, two of these singles can be linked to form a double with basin.
Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, TV with Freeview, WiFi available in public areas, selection of books.
First £5 of electricity included in rent, remainder by coin meter.

Off road parking for 1 car.
One well-behaved dog welcome.
Sorry, no cats and no smoking.
Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk.
Note: The double bedroom is only accessed from the open plan living area.
Note: Apartment accessed via a curved staircase and then two further sets of steps.
Intermittent wifi, but available in communal areas.
Care needed when using the path down to the harbour - we do suggest wearing suitable footwear and would not recommend heels.

Everything was good for use.Just the kettle needs to be change,because after first use the cable became very hot close to the socket.It is not save.Thank you.

We arrived at about 18.00 and let ourselves in with a key that had been left for us. no one explained how the electricity meter operates so all our electricity cut out in the morning after our arrival. We were also missing a sheet for one of the beds. This was sorted quickly when we brought it to the attention of hosts. The kitchen is very outdated with the electric hob not working well so potential for cooking anything other than a basic meal was limited. Our basic needs were met, however, and the best thing was the location and spectacular sea view from apartment.

The only disappointing thing was the amount of ashtrays in every room despite it being smoke-free apartments. We hid the ashtrays in drawers as they looked awful. Gillian was delightful & very helpful, she even booked our car in the garage for us. Overall a wonderful holiday. Regards Shereen Denton
