A real home from home (but tidier and better equipped in my case!). Fantastic views to Ilfracombe harbour and out into the Bristol channel. A perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise/sunset. Be warned that to get that view, Horizons is at the very top of Hillsborough and at the top of the building too - be ready for a bracing climb especially if you're not driving. Well worth the effort though.

Horizons is an excellent apartment. The furnishings and kitchen equipment are all of good quality. The high point is the view from the front of the property looking down on the harbour. we would definitely recommend "Horizons."
