To the front of the property you will find a shared lawned area with furniture, a relaxing spot in which you can dine alfresco whilst admiring the pastoral views with loved ones. Just a few minutes’ walk away you’ll find the famous Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, where there is an excellent café, not to mention lots of gentle donkeys to interact with. For those looking to discover a real hidden gem, walking the steep path through delightful National Trust land will reward you with the secluded Weston Mouth Beach. Also close by is Sidmouth, home to many clean beaches, friendly shops, a beautiful esplanade and cliff-top walks with breathtaking views. As well as a whole host of cheery pubs serving good food and local ales, other attractions well worth a visit are the Pecorama miniature railway park, the Otter Estuary Nature Reserve and if you should wish to venture further along the Jurassic Coast you’ll discover a number of cliffs filled with fossils and splendid sandy beaches.
