Open tread stairs up to landing with low beam and three more bedrooms – a double (low 5’ bed) with balustrade, lovely views and en suite bathroom (suite) with low beam (6'), another double (6’ zip-linked bed or two singles), and a single with sofa; bathroom (suite plus hand-shower).

Games garage (table tennis, darts). A great family house, very convenient for the south coast.
