Spacious cottage, very close to the beach.

Temple cottage is a lovely accommodation, (apart from paint kept falling from the kitchen ceiling, so ensure you keep lids on all the pans when cooking. Unfortunately the location is off the beaten track to say the least there are no local shops so a essential welcome pack tea, coffee, milk would be useful, especially as you cannot enter the cottage before 5pm.The ice-cream parlor up the road didn't sell ice-cream, but the local chip shop is a must visit. The menu is limited but the food is good and well worth the wait.Temple cottage is the far end of the terrace tucked in the corner behind other cottages.with no car access to the property, other than a very small space at the end where you can load and unload suitcase. So if you want a quiet time with a break from civilization near the sea this is ideal. The few people we did see were friendly. Please bear in mind we went here out of season in late November, so we can't comment on how it would be in the summer when the local caravan parks are open.

the photos online did not truly reflect the position of the house and parking.there was a leak through the ceiling in main bedroom when it rained so had to put bowl under it and the seal on the bathroom shower had leaked so ceiling in lounge was getting wet. the pubs looked run down and the fish and chip shop was very over priced
