Upon entering Bunkers Hill, you are welcomed into the large hallway which boasts exposed beams, space for your shoes and coats, a cloakroom, utility room, and a large staircase which splits into two different directions on the first floor.

To the left, a gentle slope down leads you into the beautifully decorated open-plan living space - the sitting area enjoys a open-fire surrounded by exposed Cotswold stone, countryside views, and comfortable seating for up to six guests. If you were wanting to close yourselves off from the kitchen and dining area, you can close the sliding doors, making this the perfect cosy place to retreat too after a day of exploring the Cotswolds.

Walking through the sitting area, you are welcomed into the spacious kitchen and dining area, the perfect place for entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could need for creating a wonderful meal for your friends and family, with a large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, AGA, electric oven and induction hob. Have breakfast at the sit up island, and for dinner gather around the large dining table. The kitchen/dining area also opens up to the garden with two sets of bi-folding doors - making it easy to enjoy al fresco dining in the warmer months.

Making your way back through to the entrance hall, straight ahead is the second sitting room, with exposed beams, a wood burning stove, and a large Smart television - the perfect place to unwind and curl up to watch a movie and enjoy the surrounding countryside views. Leaving the sitting room, two steps lead you up to the office space, with a large corner sofa, two desks with screens for you to connect your laptops, a television, and beautiful rural views.

Making your way upstairs from the entrance hall, bedrooms one and two are situated on the left hand-side, with bedrooms three, four and five to the right. Bedroom one boasts a 6' super-king size bed, access to it's own terrace, a walk-in dressing area, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath, walk-in shower with two rainfall shower heads, and two wash basins. All bedrooms have been tastefully designed and styled, with everything you need for a restful retreat.

Outside, the south facing garden enjoys beautiful views of the Cotswold countryside, and ample of seating for guests to enjoy. There are several separate terraces, perfect for hiding away with a cup of coffee and a book. There is a public footpath on the lower level front garden, where you can enjoy a stroll countryside walk into Northleach.
