The owner has painstakingly sourced the remarkable overhead beams and there’s not a nail in sight lending the space an oak room feel. Underfloor heating throughout this area ensures its super cosy in the cooler months. and four en-suite bedrooms, it’s the ideal place to get together with family or friends. Exposed timbers, vast glazing and sumptuous furnishings give this property a wonderful sense of light and space.
For a larger group of up to 26 guests, this property can be booked alongside Watery Park Barn.

We hired Watery Park Barn and Hiron’s Piece for two nights for a family birthday celebration. We had 23 family members, aged 7 to 77, and there was plenty of room for us all. It’s a fantastic property, full of character and just perfect for such a gathering. We hired a bouncy castle for the children in the outside area and a chef to prepare the evening meals. The enormous dining table provided room for us all to dine together. A special thank you to the owner Stephen, who collected some family members from the station, as there was an incredibly long wait for a taxi. This was very kind of him. We wouldn’t have any doubt in recommending this property.
