Inglenook Cottage is the epitome of a chocolate-box cottage, and has indeed featured on postcards, in books and in the press. 300 years old, this Grade II listed cottage used to be the village smithy. Inside the cosy sitting room is a huge inglenook fireplace, complete with seat and bread oven where you can snuggle up in front of the wood burning stove. There are countless exposed beams, a stone staircase and ancient wooden floorboards. The property is sympathetically restored with top quality modern appliances, a beautifully fitted wooden kitchen, an inviting bedroom with a king-size bed and a cottage-style bathroom with a claw foot bath. Outside, is a small, sheltered walled courtyard garden with a patio area and garden furniture to enjoy the Cotswold sunshine.

Ideal for a romantic escape, a very short drive away is Chipping Campden, an historic market wool town, with an abundance of independent shops, restaurants, wine bars and teashops.
