Fairly steep driveway (parking for one large or two small cars; additional free parking available by village green). Woodland walks within 100 yards.

Loo. Stairs (stairgate) up to three bedrooms – a double with lovely creek views, a twin, and a bunk room (2'6" beds). Bathroom (suite, power-shower over bath) with pine floor. A hidden gem, welcoming and a good location for artists, painters, walkers and families.
